Hello!
Like many others I have a Blue Light card from work.
Have used it for days out, Kew Gardens etc etc all good.
Apparently I can get 10% off at Jo Malone in store and 20% online but wondered if this can be used to purchase the calendar online? It’s £350 (ffs!!) and I can’t believe they’d let you have £70 off (even though it’d still be v expensive?) Does anyone know?
Also, I’m sure everyone knew about this (apart from me, obvs!), but many shops like Halfords will not accept just the card. Instead they expect you download a frigging voucher first (although some places just nod at the card with id).
AIBU?
To ask about the Blue Light Card?

What a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a calendar...what's so great about it though?

There is currently 35% off Adidas full price items until the end of October

Some people have more money than others and funnily enough like different things. The most expensive ones I’ve bought were Swarovski ones for my 3 children, they had a piece of jewellery behind each window. Won’t say how much they cost because I don’t give a shiny shite about what other people think I should buy.
Op there can be some exceptions what you can buy in some shops (for example fuel/tobacco/alcohol in supermarkets), but I’d imagine you can get the full discount on calendars. You could potentially buy a couple grands worth of other stuff and still get the same discount 🤷🏼♀️

I just think it's a bit crass as lots of posters are struggling to afford most things and op is worried about if she can get discount on something a bit ott
