Star Wars is full of romance. It’s a major plot point in several places.

The LOTR films have loads of romantic scenes between Aragon and Arwen too.

Stranger things also has romance all over the bloody place.

There are the new Star Wars tv shows on Disney, I don’t recall any romantic stuff on there.

There are things like Morse and Poirot that may have romance as minor a sub plot from time to time. Game shows or Comedy shows like eight out of ten cats/ eight out of ten cats does countdown, the last leg, Google Box, have I got news for you, red dwarf (99% of the time), robot wars, inside the factory, 10years younger, eat well for less, celebrity SAS and the non celebrity version,DIY sos, changing rooms, anything with Kirsty and Phil or George Clark

The Mandalorian and Obi-Wan Kenobi are quite good shouts. None of the Marvel shows I've seen pass the test.

Cunk On Britain and Cunk on Earth are my top tips: comedy documentaries on iPlayer expertly taking the piss out of big-budget documentary tropes.

Line of Duty definitely doesn't pass: there's no explicit sex but loads of romantic motivation.

Still a long way from ‘anything star wars’ though.
