Good grief but I still look wistfully in the freezers for the Sara Lee choc gateau from time to time. I never ate the whole thing as I'd leave a lot of the actual cake stuff in the middle (when too full) but the soft chocolate cream around the outside was lush.

Another vote for the custard cream, biscuit royalty. I now don't buy them because I will not stop until they have all gone and then I feel very sick! I miss them ...

I like the flavour of wasabi, but every other bite of whatever is coated in it ends up in my nostrils... and it burns!

@maddening I have no idea what a shake diet is*, but biscoff spread is great in milkshakes.

@IcakethereforeIam it is exante 800 cals plan. Thanks It is depressing but working better than the 1200 cals (shit metabolism- pcos and hashimoto) so hard going. I wish that adding it to shakes would not defeat the purpose but will look our for it when I have reprises like Christmas!
