Mines would be Mexican what's yours

Vegetarian Israeli / Middle Eastern cuisine. That's by far got the most appeal if I had to eat one type of cuisine exclusively. And now I am quite hungry with no such food in reach!

Korean, its what I eat pretty much 6 days a week anyway.

Italian or Spanish.

All those lovely fresh flavours and veg/fruit in summer, risottos and stews in winter. 😋

Thai. But I'd want ice cream as well.

British!! Full English, fish n chips, roast dinner, bacon butty, crisp sandwich, fish finger sandwich, shepherds pie, pie n mash, bangers n mash yummy

Or Indian food

Scandinavian up to about 4 o'clock. Thereafter French, Vietnamese, Lebanese.

I quite like American if you're talking actual American roots type food like proper bbq, Cajun spices etc. Rather than cheap burger and chips.

My heart is with British food though, can't fault a shepherd's pie

South Indian. Mmm dosa!

I'm thinking Jewish because you get some European, some middle eastern and even some African.

But then I would have to give up bacon.

Lol. He did a trip round the world and in a hostel in Perth he was in demand to make Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes.

He even made some for a school group who were from somewhere in the outback who were doing a trip to show them what a city is like.

I'm not convinced you guys are thinking this through.
One cuisine for the rest of your life means breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

italian - huge variety.

Not just pizza and pasta but amazing vegetables and salads. delicious cheeses, fish, cured meats, etc...

British. Or maybe Greek if you insist.
