To not want to be friends with fire signs

I know if I read this I would probably think I was crazy.
but it’s dawned on me I don’t get on with fire signs! I like them as aquaintences but I always feel let down by them
as im quite deep and emotional and I find fire signs to be about image abs quite hard hearted.

all my failed friendships are with fire sign ladies - have I finally gone cuckoo lol

I'm an earth sign on get on really well with fire signs. Apparently the moon was in Aries when I was born so perhaps it's that.

Exactly this. I was born 9 days late so I'm a Virgo, but my due date was Leo. What if I'd been born 9 days early?

My best friend is also a Virgo (2 days before me). She was very premature and was due to be a Scorpio. So we're both Earth but should have been fire and water respectively. And we get on famously.

As an aside, I always thought Scorpio was a fire sign. It just seems to make more sense to me than water for it. And the scorpian didn't fare well in the fable...

I digress.

Also, what about those born on the 23rd or 24th of the month, on the cusp. How do we know what their true sign is as it depends on which newspaper/website you're reading. One friend used to read both and decide which one she liked the sound of that particular day.

I think it's a cop out to rationalise failed friendships on the basis of pseudoscience.
It's far too simplistic and absolves all personal responsibility or self improvement.

I can't think of many "failed friendships" in my life, apart from a few friends who I've gradually lost touch with due to circumstance, lives moving in different directions or just not having much in common.

It's worth having a look within if a you fall out with a friend or they distance themselves and consider some self reflection.
