But have you tried it OP? The rule in our house when the kids were small was that you could refuse to eat something but you had to try it first. You never know you may find out that it's delicious! Try it and report back please.

Already commented earlier about how mine would do the same, and he's just done it! Haven't even discussed this thread or anything, he clearly thinks suitable accompaniment to bread and butter pudding is mint choc chip ice-cream.... What is going on with them?! 🤨
