Really it’s 19 and there’s a breeze. It might get up to 23 on Monday. I’m grateful as I don’t do heat. But The Heat isn’t everywhere. We’ve been walking the do in the day and I’m contemplating taking a cardi out with me tonight for the walk home from the pub…

I'm in West Cornwall. Not That Hot here either! This afternoon was barely warm actually

Only 26 in my west facing living room with the door open, only got to 28 today. I'm wearing jeans rolled up.

Midlands here 26 today apparently it will be 32 tomorrow 🥵

I thought the hottest days were going to be Monday and Tuesday?

I would say I'm slap bang middle of the North West.

I was doing some gardening but had to stop by 12.30pm as the sweat was pouring off me.

It has been sunny though.

Schools have said kids are allowed to leave their blazers off next week. How kind lol.

It was really lovely and sunny here today at about 23/24C. It's gone overcast now and cooled down north a little. I was expecting another thunder bugs invasion- yesterday there was a giant swarm of them coming off the fields and I had to have another shower to get the critters out of my hair and other parts!!
It's predicting 33C for Tuesday.

On holiday… Hot but not unbearable in North Yorkshire 24 degrees earlier. I feel for those down south. Heading back to Scotland tomorrow, temps there are higher than I’ve known but not exactly hot.

It's been circa 26 today in West Yorkshire and really nice barbecue weather, but the sun has gone to bed early and it's just nice now. Forecast is 37 for Monday. I have never seen that kind of forecast here and the highest recorded temperature is 34.8 which was 2019.

It's hot here in London fringe. It's 22 now at 8.30. It's due to be 30 tomorrow and 37 Monday.
My son will be in central London on Monday with forecast 40. My brother will be near Heathrow on Monday with forecast 41.

You're all making me want to pack up and go camping somewhere cooler! East Anglia here and it's been 31 today, set to be 32 tomorrow then 40 Monday and 39 Tuesday. I'm not thrilled as I don't do well in the heat when I'm not on holiday (when I'm away and have access to a lovely pool and don't have to cook etc I'm much more pleasant to be around!)

West Coast Scotland. Was warm earlier for a few hours this afternoon but now jumper time . I can see the rain coming down off the hills. Still, I got a wash dried outside earlier.

It rained here yesterday and we’ve had one proper day of ‘summer’ so far 🤦🏼‍♀️

It would seem you are being unreasonable OP as so many people in areas with lovely summer weather are coming here to rub it in.

it was grey all day - west central Scotland. My washing I put out this morning ended up in the tumble dryer this evening as it still wasn’t dry and it’s due to rain. Car said 19 deg but I’ve kept jeans and a jumper on all day & my nose has been cold.

It was nice here today near Inverness, about 20 degrees.

All threads about Weather have now been moved there. I guess people complained that they were being forced to read threads about Weather on other boards so they must all be moved? I just hide or scroll past threads I'm not interested in personally

I am in Co Durham and it hot and sticky but pleasant

We spent last week in Derbyshire and had one hot day, the rest were pleasant with a little rain and by Thursday evening, a little cool.

I understand it’s meant to be hotter up there than here at home on the south coast by early next week though😵‍💫

I’m too hot here on the Sussex coast but am aware its a lot more pleasant than London and inland towns and cities are and will be.

I think I would like my summers in Scotland tbh, I hate the heat.

Lovely warm day today in North Wales, needed a cardi this morning though!

I am in London but I must say I have not really been bothered or affected by the heat today and there is a breeze now.

But the temperatures are not meant to really reach their peak until Monday and Tuesday, so it is likely that it will be a very different story then!

I'm in London, don't do heat at all and have just put the fan on in my kitchen for the first time this evening. At about 9.30 I will go out and give my garden and front window boxes a massive dose of water.

It's been pleasantly warm here so far this year. I expect it to feel a bit too hot tomorrow and very unpleasant on Monday and Tuesday.

Then back to normal.
