Helicopters when not used for safety/healthcare etc reasons - for environmental reasons and because they are dangerous when they crash (eg accidents in Glasgow and in Vauxhall, London). They are needed for air ambulances etc, but not for pleasure flights.

Yes I wonder how many people fall over each year due to these leads. The other week I saw a dog tying itself up around a cycle-calming bollard on a shared use path as well - they're not great for anyone.

My mum says that someone was hit by one in her town a few weeks ago and quite badly injured. The guy was known for being reckless and going too fast on it. Hopefully he will be prosecuted. People do need them, but they should not be able to go faster than 4mph (I know that makes me sound like a man with a red flag and early cars, but they go on pavements, so should go at walking pace).

Greed with specific respect to the bottlenecking of wealth and the legal obligation firms have to prioritise shareholder profits over fair deals for customers, staff and proper investment in infrastructure. Greed would also cover banning trying to make a profit out of what should be services - so all transport, health, education, cleaning and street maintenance.
