Mine is fruit salad. I’m generally a live and let live kind of person and I don’t care what people do in the privacy of their own homes but fruit salad is so repulsive it has no place in a civilised society.

The UK political system and the UK’s ‘place’ in the world.
Another language - not in a boring grammar and spelling way, but spoken and listened to, so you could hold enough of a basic ‘business’ conversation.
Personal finance - budgeting, mortgages, pensions - this would be way more useful than ox bow lakes and Macbeth.
Project management (at a very basic level) to understand how to plan and implement projects and coursework - esp. things like goal setting.
