I don't. I know someone who wears a soft bra in bed?

Do you wear your bra in bed?

Another that started wearing a soft bra during pregnancy and haven't stopped nearly four years later. I have no idea why but I hate the feeling of being braless. I've still got a couple from pregnancy that are just pull on bralets and love them.

Titsflyingsouth · 05/07/2022 22:39

I barely wear a bra past 5pm if I can help it!

IKillHousePlants · 05/07/2022 22:50

Yep. 36G so I find it comfier to wear a supportive but non wired pj top. I like the Bravissimo ones

Peachyscream · 05/07/2022 23:03

Only when I was breastfeeding. Can't wait to whip it off at night.
On another note, I am very jealous of everyone's big boobs 😥

PrinnyPree · 05/07/2022 23:09

I didn't used to but started to wear a sleep bra when my milk came in as I needed to wear breast pads. Now I've just kind of got used to it after over 2 years and can't really sleep without it now even though I stopped breast feeding months ago. Fairly "average" size boobs too, 34D.

However I used to sleep naked or just knickers and could never stand sleeping in PJs (unless out of etiquette because of guests or staying at someone elses house). But now I have a child I prefer wearing knickers and a sleep bra so I feel the "key areas" are covered up when he comes into our bedroom. 😅

Gwenhwyfar · 05/07/2022 23:10

A soft one sometimes. (and I'm small)

RedCardigan · 05/07/2022 23:15

Soft sleeping one. Can’t sleep without one, so uncomfortable

SirVixofVixHall · 05/07/2022 23:30

Any recommendations for v comfy soft bras to sleep in ?

Yes, I always wear a bra to bed.

I'm wondering if women are wearing poorly fitted bras as my bras aren't uncomfortable.

This. I am always fascinated by the number of Mumsnetters who report ripping off their bra on the doormat the second they get home daily — genuinely makes me think a lot of people must be wearing the wrong size. I have no feeling of discomfort wearing a bra.

Good enough for Marilyn, good enough for me (and Chanel #5)

Asda do good ones

Darbs76 · 06/07/2022 06:15

God no, it’s such a relief to take it off. Only time I ever did was when I was BF

same !! I never understand this either . I can barely feel my bra is there

I don’t like the feeling of not wearing a bra - reasonably big boobs so I get uncomfortable quite quick !

JarvisCockersRightEyebrow · 06/07/2022 06:39

I do, I’m breastfeeding. I didn’t before baby though. It’s a soft non underwired crop top type bra. I stopped wearing wires during the day during the first lockdown. E cup and couldn’t give a fuck 🤣

Siameasy · 06/07/2022 07:03

No and I often don’t wear one during the day either

Lastarse · 06/07/2022 09:38

@Shakeitshakeitbaby i looked up the bra30 - they look like crop tops with spandex - if you don’t mind me asking what makes them any different than a tight vest top or a crop top ?

The amount of support they give is better but they retain the comfort. Had a bit of a nightmare getting one on for the first time but now goes on fine. I tried a crop top before but found these considerably more comfortable and more supportive than a tight vest. They are very strong and stretchy. I doubted my ability to get into one when I first saw it!

Newusername3kidss · 06/07/2022 18:17

Yes discovered sleep bra when breastfeeding. Is ridiculously comfortable and gives some support. After breastfeeding 3 kids my boobs are still pretty pert - I think it helped!

StarlightLady · 07/07/2022 12:04

What a poor piece of so called tabloid journalism from the Sun.
“Woman sparks furious debate by asking if others wear their bra to bed & women with big boobs all say the same thing”. Furious debate?
Really? It does not go with my understanding of the term furious debate,
And as for women with big boobs all say the same thing. That is not true.
And the article itself adds “But not all big chested women agreed, as another said she still didn't like to strap herself in”.

For the benefit of sun readers I wear a 36F bra and would not dream of wearing one to bed. 🙉

Heytheredeliah · 07/07/2022 12:21

No never

RedCardigan · 07/07/2022 19:02

Fuck off with the furious debate. Surely there’s other stuff to be discussing in the news? Everyone needs to stick some swear words in their OP from now on!
