I don't. I know someone who wears a soft bra in bed?

Do you wear your bra in bed?

Good god no! I thought that was only done in north American films. I’m a 36F and apart from at work, my bra comes off in the hot weather.

But if someone chooses to that is entirely their shout.

Libertybear80 · 05/07/2022 06:37

Is that actually a thing people do??!!!

whoruntheworldgirls · 05/07/2022 06:44

If anyone can suggest a bra for sleeping in that comes in 38HH.....

Akite · 05/07/2022 06:56

Never at night except when pregnant/breastfeeding. Couldn't wait to go braless again. I am a 34 gg/h and would love to know where people are finding comfortable bralettes/crop tops for big boobs. I gave up on underwires bras several years ago and now wear a succession of more or less ill-fitting soft bras. They are so hard to find for big boobs!

WicketWoo · 05/07/2022 07:05

@Staters try the Anita bra - it's amazing - available from Mio destino online.

YesitsJacqueline · 05/07/2022 07:17

Sometimes I wear a soft crop top type bra , due to peri menopause I've had soreness

CornedBeef451 · 05/07/2022 07:48

I sleep in a soft nursing bra from years ago. Like others have said, I have big boobs and they flop about uncomfortably if they're just loose.

Plus I've found when I roll over the effect of gravity on them lurching from one side to another actually hurts.

I much prefer them to be strapped up at night.

RampantIvy · 05/07/2022 07:57

No. Until I joined MN I didn't even know that it was a thing. I have fried eggs so don't need one anyway.

Staters · 05/07/2022 08:26

Thanks WicketWoo I’ll have a look.

Thepeopleversuswork · 05/07/2022 09:04

I wear my bra literally all the time apart from when I'm either bathing/swimming or having sex. I hate not wearing one.
I find it bizarre that so many people enjoy the feeling of not wearing one. I hate the "floppy boob" feeling.

Dontknowwhyidoit · 05/07/2022 09:10

I sleep with bra, knickers, pj's or nighty and socks if my feet are cold. So fully dressed but I did Co sleep with my children for years as a single parent and it would have felt wrong not to even though they have seen me naked lots of times as our bodies are nothing to be embarrassed about. I have been married for 12 years and still can't sleep naked, it's just not comfortable to me.

housemaus · 05/07/2022 09:30

Nope. I have (so far) been blessed with reasonable size boobs (a D cup) that stay put so I rarely wear a bra full stop.

glamourousindierockandroll · 05/07/2022 09:30

Yes I've got a few soft ones including some old nursing bras that are really comfortable. Large breasts are inconvenient when lying down.

Sweetpeasaremadeforbees · 05/07/2022 09:41

Yes I wear crop tops/bralette thingies (no wires) in bed. I'm an EE cup and feel uncomfortable with no bra on. A well fitting bra is a thing of joy, I've never felt that can't wait to get it off sensation.

Try Bravissimo but they are expensive (I get away with ASDA but DD has small band large cup size and they are brilliant for her). You can collect points and get money off future bras.

Yourinmyspot · 05/07/2022 09:48

I used to in winter when I was a teenager and still lived at home as our house was always freezing and I’d be really cold when I woke up so I used to wear it so I didn’t have to take my vest off to get dressed.

jamiejames7 · 05/07/2022 09:51

God no way. My boobs aren't very big though.

KosherDill · 05/07/2022 09:53

Merryoldgoat · 04/07/2022 18:09

Yes. A soft one as I have enormous breasts and it’s more comfortable.

Same here.

KosherDill · 05/07/2022 09:55

MaxOverTheMoon · 04/07/2022 18:34

@ShirleyPhallus have you never had conversations with your friends about whether you sleep naked or not? Gosh me and my friends send each other pictures of our period poos, talking about naked sleeping is nothing!

What???

Shakeitshakeitbaby · 05/07/2022 11:48

Large boobed ladies looking for sleep bras try bra 30 tops. They fit by band size up to J cup.

AryaStarkWolf · 05/07/2022 11:49

Hope, I don't even wear a bra in the house!

Shakeitshakeitbaby · 05/07/2022 11:50

www.bellewrenlingerie.com/bra30loungebra Bra 30 order link.

pollyRae16 · 05/07/2022 11:52

Yes but only because I'm breastfeeding. Can't wait to not have to!

RaisinGhost · 05/07/2022 14:43

Same here, but I even wear one while swimming (always wear a bra style bikini top with underwire or a one piece with cups and underwire) and I wear one during sex as well. The only time I don't is in the shower.

TheWitchCirce · 05/07/2022 19:59

Yes! Huge boobs - soft bra
