At a time when other people were dying alone, giving birth alone, leaving relatives alone in care homes, delaying weddings, not being able to access dental treatment, avoiding seeing their GPs about cancer symptoms and all manner of other things more important than their social gatherings/parties because it was 1. The Law and 2. the right thing to do, they were sticking two fingers up at the nation rather than leading by example like they should have been.

It's basically been confirmed that he atteneded parties/gatherings he wasn't fined for but that other people also there were. Whatever the truth the Met have handled this terribly.
