Very doubtful she's made 'a fortune'. What she has done is highlight food poverty and given her advice on cheaper recipes. She has built a career, good for her, I'd rather she was a millionaire than the talentless TOWIE 'celebs'. She's making a difference and should be applauded.

Also anyone can you can check Ltd companies tax accounts online, and her company has not filed for the phased couple of years and is over due.

In a reply to someone recently, saying she earnt lots she said about still qualitying for benefits suggested otherwise.

Pip isn't means tested so doesn't seem to be about that.

I find it hard to believe that she seems to be hinting that she still qualifies for means tested ones though, considering all her income streams, who knows. 🤷‍♀️

Lee Anderson is scum and he clearly needs food lessons as he seems to think feeding someone on 30p per DAY wouldn't in fact lead to their death of malnutrition (which I assure you it would if you tried it for any length of time). Patreon is not vetted in any way, it is perfectly possible that she is making up to 300k a year from donations from people who don't have an income of 300k

I would think there is a lot of truth to that but when these threads come up there are always some posters who were fans because they thought she was 'poor like them' and are really angry because they contributed and feel tricked.

For what? Someone said she “probably” earned more than the PM. Surely the only response to that is to file your company accounts and laugh at the comment.

She won’t want her income examined too closely though, she can say until she’s blue in the face that she only pays herself “the living wage” . Her Patreon and other income may say otherwise.

Her rent will be huge because she lives in a very nice part of the area. However, only having a minimal amount left after that is paid doesn’t put her in benefits territory. It just means she needs to move somewhere smaller and cheaper.

I think someone on 80k a year advocating for people to try and survive on 30p of food a day IS scummy. I don't need to know anything else about him.

Any defamation case I've paid attention to (admittedly not many) have been PR disasters.
Jack would have to go through her finances, submit tax returns, speak to bank statements. And if she struggles with her finances that will be stressful and a reputational nightmare for her.
When shit like this happens, I think best strategy is to put out statement saying "Tories policies are starving people, i won't dignify with a response". Then it's forgotten about a month later.

What about someone who is potentially on 4 times more than Lee Anderson? who receives that money as 'contributions' because they claim poverty?
