So I was on the fence with these two, and I read the threads but didn't follow them and when I searched them I only found and old one.

The court case Depp brought against The Sun in the UK was lost by Depp. The Judge believed Heard. Depp wanted an award for libel from the Sun. He didn’t get it and was refused leave to appeal. The judgement was therefore deemed sound here. Importantly, Heard was believed and Depp wasn’t. So he goes back to the USA to put her through it all over again. A much more sympathetic hearing. Jury agrees with Depp in this defamation case. A jury. They are easily swayed. OJ Simpson case etc. I would say he abused her. The USA just took his side. The judge here didn’t!

Th UK judge's son worked with the defendent. And the owner of the Sun is Murdoch who sits on Tesla's board of director - Amber's boyfriend of 2 years who also paid for her lawyers.

Not for perjury. She was kicked out because she pulled up an old Instagram post from 2020 on her phone while in court and showed it to the lawyers saying the woman testifying had just posted it and was therefore on social media watching the trial. She was removed from the trial for lying, interfering with the case, and for being on her phone in the courtroom.

Where is your anger and disgust for her for how she treated him? Where are your posts calling her out on her behaviour?

She knew that when she married him. I have no time for people who marry people they know have troubles and then do this afterwards.

What a load of tosh! Corrupt judges here? And not in the USA? USA was a jury. The appeal judges looked at the case here but found the judgement sound. She was believed. They both might be awful people but I’m with the Brits here.

Do you not believe a judge can be corrupt? Have you read much case law? Appeals are not based upon whether the judgment is right or well reasoned, it's based on whether the judge erred in the process of law. A judge can follow the process of law perfectly but still have an illogical decision which cannot be challenged in the U.K. legal system.
