Now, face to face it’s potentially easy to get drawn in by someone who turns out to be abusive. But this man is a convicted murderer, and this woman presumably deliberately started writing to him, and now wants to marry him?

We all know he’s lowlife, but wtf is wrong with her?

For me this is even worse than someone who stands by a family member who has committed a hideous crime. The friendship would be over the instant they even started writing to him, and if it was a family member I would be going immediately NC>.

I just assume that some people are so desperate they will take anyone even a murderer.

People who have committed terrible crimes still are human and some people focus on that rather than what they did.

No, sorry but some people really are sub human. We’re not talking about somebody who stole a car in a folly of youth, but grown adults who commit the most unspeakable crimes against other people and children. Some things are so bad you cannot come back from it.

Surely you would lose friends/family over that 'safe' relationship.

This is interesting, I think it ties to a lot of what is being suggested on the thread - you want to change him for the better, and he's on his own otherwise. Though obviously you aren't taking it to extremes!

"Still human" isn't a reason to choose Bellfield, of all the prisoners out there.
His "fiancée" chose to lend her time to a prolific child rapist and murderer, it says a lot about her.

This isn’t going to sound very PC, but the reality is that there are some women who see themselves as victims, want to be victims, and deliberately make life choices which ensure they remain victims.

I agree Levi is not attractive compared with Chris Watts. But how can you physically be attracted to a psychopath? It's still inexplicable to me. And I'm sorry after someone has treated other people inhumanly - like rag dolls to be snuffed out and discarded like rubbish - I don't think they deserve to be treated like human beings.

And certainly not loved.

I still think the majority wouldn't call him attractive however that doesn't mean no one would sleep with him.
