Boring for me! It does sparkle though and a love my chunky wedding ring.

Was originally platinum but one drunken evening after losing a lot of weight I lost both, but these are pretty much exact replicas.

The jeweller advised me to go for palladium as it was (at the time) cheaper than pt so could get a bigger diamond. Spoke to him 3 years later to make an eternity ring and he said he wouldn't do palladium as it was so much more expensive (almost double the cost for a gram) and he advised me to get in contact with house insurance to very quickly update the value of them both! So I got a bargain!

dh and I chose both together. Found hard to find a wedding ring to fit engagement as unusual shape but found one eventually

have moved engagement ring out to show shape

and love them both !

My wedding ring is a temporary one we picked up the day we got married in Vegas for $80.

10 years still counts as "temporary", right?

I love this thread. The engagement rings are beautiful. I went for a double halo setting , you can't see but it has such a pretty design on the inner part of the ring, facing towards me that made it a bit more unique.
