The formatting has all changed, making it really hard to read. Is it just me?

The things currently annoying me the most are thus:

I have a PM. I cannot get into it and get the whoops sign.

Every time I read a thread and click back the talk page has refreshed, meaning I can't go down threads in chronological order anymore.

So. Much. White. Space.

I just logged in on my laptop and the talk settings can be found by clicking My Mumsnet.

No, I hate it too. Navigation is so much more difficult now

Everything seems smaller and a bit harder to read and where has the page navigation buttons gone? Boo!

I like the new typing box

There is a LOT that has changed, and we are only going to notice the things that have been dis-improved by the change. I have been here for a bit over an hour and keep running up against irritations and things which are more difficult to do or which have altered for no apparent reason.

I was just going to say the same thing, it was so much simpler when it jumped straight to the new comments. Bloody daft to change that IMO.

Everything looks big and clunky and oddly widely spaced.

Someone upthread said it looks as if it's been designed by a teacher. I know what you mean, it's like reading some sort of 'early reader book'. Most annoying.

I suppose I'll get used to it but I'm finding it very irritating at the moment.

I am really losing it here with the inablity to view all messages in a thread.

It’s shit! I’ve deleted the app as I was getting a million notifications and I couldn’t use I’m watching or I’m on. Now on my browser but that’s annoying with the adverts and general clunkiness. At least I’ll have more time back as I’ll spend less faffing on here!!

It's all very flat colour-wise - feels hard to read.

LOVE the new quote system - it's not quite what I think would be best (which is nested and collapsible comments like on Reddit, to stop threads getting derailed by people having tangential conversations) but it's better than being unable to reply to a quote properly.

But the styling is still off - hopefully there'll be further updates.

I'm not sure about the look but I'll get used to it, I never like it when websites change to start with.

I love the fact you can now order Threads I'm Watching by most recently updated though rather than just date originally watched. Big improvement! 😀

Is it just me, or did there used to be the word “last” at the end of the horizontal list of page numbers on a thread? So you knew you were going straight to the end? Now it’s not obvious if you have got to the end of the thread or not. (I am on iPhone using mobile site rather than app).

also, about a million years ago it used to be possible to remove a thread from the “I’m on” list, so that you could ignore ones that you had contributed to but since got bored of. (I use “I’m on” as my primary entry point to Talk. ).
I was very excited hoping that this feature had returned in the upgrade but sadly it seems not.

So now we can only read one post at a time?
