To ask how many Easter eggs have you eaten today?

Oh god.

I've had two and half Easter eggs, a creme egg and a small bag of chocolate buttons

Awful I know. But I have the awful mentality that I should eat it all now rather than let it derail my healthy eating by eating bits every day. I know this is dysfunctional...I also find it hard to stop once I start.

Can anyone beat me?

Oh I eat WAY more than 1000 calories a day! I’m a power lifter though so it’s mostly protein. When I eat sweets or chocolate I burn out or feel like I’m going to shit myself when I take my pre workout and start training 🤣 (very real fear)

Just half a Galaxy egg. I have the other half, plus some Galaxy mini eggs, some Baileys chocolates and a Lindt bunny left. I can't eat loads of chocolate all at once so it'll last me week or two.

I did however demolish a massive plate of roast dinner at lunch

None, but I have eaten an entire packet of Randoms
I can take or leave chocolate, but chewy, fruity sweets are another matter.

None. There’s a Lindt bunny calling my name though.

None. I only like very dark chocolate and can't afford to pay £15/20 for an egg. I do go through two bars a week.

I've eaten my easter egg but not its contents.

None. DH and I split one midweek. I did make butterfly buns yesterday to use up some jam though and I've had one of those and when I can be bothered to move I'll be having more. They need eating today of course.

None. I haven't had an Easter egg since I was a teenager. OK, I know that sounds smug.

Half a large-ish Maltesers egg, but we've had a LOT of indulgent crap treats over the last few days so that sort of pushed me over the edge. Turned the planned roast chicken dinner into hot and sour soup for a quick fix of something fresh and will mount another assault on the Easter chocolate tomorrow.

No eggs because I didn't get any but have had half a bar of M&S chocolate with mini eggs in it.

Half. We dont do the stacks and stacks of easter egg thing. The children got one each from us and one each from grandparents. Thats it. Me and dh got one each and then my ds bought us one each.

We do, however, do gifts for the children as well as an egg.

One and a slice of cake. Once the dc are asleep I fully intend on having another though, and maybe a gin (or, indeed, a margarita!)

That implies you think it’s somehow good to not eat Easter eggs! I disagree! I’m feeling very smug about all the eggs I’ve eaten 😃

I've had 2 creame eggs and will probably have more later but we're having roast lamb in a minute so hopefully will be too full after for more chocolate. Kids have been rather restrained too, only having a creame egg for breakfast.

I ate one small buttons one that someone gave my baby, there's a mountain of chocolate in the house but I don't fancy any more which isn't like me but then we had a huge roast beef dinner earlier and I'm still quite full from that.

I’ve had one mini egg that the one of the dcs offered me but that’s it. I got an egg from dp but it looks too fancy to break into and one from mil but that’s a chocolate orange one and I don’t like them so dp can have it.

I have eaten loads of simnel cake this weekend though.
