Just thought I’d run this up the AIBU flagpole and see who salutes.

I’m coming into this thread with an open kimono, so if any one else would like to share the inner workings of their mind palace in order to grow together that would be great. We can always circle back to the original point.

Feel free to ping me off thread if theirs insufficient bandwidth to complete your thoughts here. No need to boil the ocean right now.

Basically, a recruiter has reached out asking me to be a thought leader. I’ve been actively eating my own dog food on a parallel path, but it might be time to spread the butter wider. Thoughts?

Possibly real paradigm shift and probably the best MN thread ever.

So many actionable takeaways with stakeholders really pushing the envelope, regularising the situation and unlocking potential on a multi-dimensional level. We can hardwire and operationalise this into our corporate DNA and really make space to avoid landing on a burning platform. As power talks go the interwoven and emergent pathways and broader thematic cooperation have really bridged the gap.

Scaleability still worries me.

I just hope any Black Swan stays out of our data lake.

It’s Ok, I have a fully prioritised risk register. I’ll log that and benchmark against the KPIs.

(Vanishes off to faff with a colour coded spreadsheet for days, whilst someone else does the actual work)

Although on the flip side, the silos, are unlikely to nerf a quite possible treasure trove of an idea, therefore balancing the silos, with teams may be more of an advantage.

Great initiative, but the long pole in the tent here may be that you need to get out of the weeds. Try a solutions based approach by shifting gears and running a 360 on this one and you could create some value. I'll touch base and see you next Tuesday.
