For me it would be a close run race between a Terry's Pyramint or an original a Secret bar...

@LifeIsBetterWithBunting

The much missed Texan Bar.
Absolutely! I loved them!
Twinningaround · 18/03/2022 23:24

@SingleHandSue Cadbury dairy milk with biscuit was my absolute favourite and no one ever remembers it when I say about it!

Also didn’t realise until this thread that drifters had been discontinued! I loved them!

Fernandina · 18/03/2022 23:25

Terrys Neapolitans

tigerbird · 18/03/2022 23:26

Cabana! V fond memories of my mum’s weekly Friday night Cabana chocolate bar in the 1980s!!

LightSpeeds · 18/03/2022 23:29

Does anyone remember a box of chocs in the 1970's called Weekend.

Absolutely horrible they were. Grin

bumblenbean · 18/03/2022 23:30

Nuts About Caramel 🌰

LetsGoCrazyPurpleBanana · 18/03/2022 23:30

Cabana or coconut boost 😋😋😋

AbsterFabster · 18/03/2022 23:31

I loved Time outs not the skinny single ones they have now or Cadbury butterscotch crunch (can’t remember if they were a real thing or I dreamed them up )

Secret here. What’s the difference between a Spira and a Twirl? Blush
A twirl is basically a flake dipped in chocolate, a spira was a long stick of chocolate shaped like one of the game pieces of trivial pursuit (a kind of cartwheel) which meant it was light without having that awful flaky texture

Cadbury's.... if this is you, please do it!

cantpooinpeace · 18/03/2022 23:36

Drifter please

InexperiencedDogOwner · 18/03/2022 23:36

Coconut toffee crisp or the original coconut Boost

peelpeelthebanana · 18/03/2022 23:36

Snowflake
Galaxy chocolate caramel eggs (as in the caramel was chocolate flavour)
Siesta (fond memories of these in my uni days - they were like a cross between a chocolate orange and a kitkat)

ClariceQuiff · 18/03/2022 23:38

I'd swap any revived chocolate bar for a bag of Phileas Fogg Punjab Puri.

KnottyKnitting · 18/03/2022 23:38

Dairy milk ( before it turned into plastic slimy crap!)

peelpeelthebanana · 18/03/2022 23:38

M&S also used to do a lovely peanuty caramel one I think called Peanut Crispy

ClariceQuiff · 18/03/2022 23:39

Yes! I saw an advert and begged for a box because they looked so pretty in all their pastel colours. They duly appeared at Christmas and ... disappointment would be an understatement.
Xmasbaby11 · 18/03/2022 23:39

Oh no have Drifters gone?

My first thought was Spira but also Fuse and Drifter and Pyramint.

I hardly buy choc bars anymore as they aren't as nice!

thingymaboob · 18/03/2022 23:41

@Chestnut23

Spira
Yes. Suck yea through it like a straw then eat the melting chocolate
ClariceQuiff · 18/03/2022 23:42

... I mean, how could these taste so vile? I promise you, they did.

FatFilledTrottyPuss · 18/03/2022 23:42

@Athe

Secret, every time. No-one I ever mention it to remembers it though.
I was going to say the same thing! I loved secret bars back in the 80s and silk bars which were strawberry cream. Nobody else ever remembers them.
greenbirdsong · 18/03/2022 23:43

Mars delight bars. I used to love then!

Also a cadburys caramel bar from the 90s when they still came in those paper type wrappers with the rabbit in the adverts.
These days Cadbury chocolate just isn't the same!
My dad used to get me a Cadburys caramel on his way home from work every Friday when I was a kid and it still holds fond memories.

marmitecake · 18/03/2022 23:43

This will give my age away but way back from the 1979s: Old Jamaica (with rum and raisins).
