For me it would be a close run race between a Terry's Pyramint or an original a Secret bar...

Oh my god I clicked on to say pyramint no one I know remembers them but they were the best!

LifeIsBetterWithBunting · 18/03/2022 22:30

Though not sure my 50-something teeth would agree!

TotalRhubarb · 18/03/2022 22:31

Fry’s five centres

Isittooearlyforbed · 18/03/2022 22:32

Absolutely Spira

Woolandwonder · 18/03/2022 22:32

@Athe

Secret, every time. No-one I ever mention it to remembers it though.
I just came on to say the secret. It would probably be horrible now but seemed very sophisticated in the early 90s Grin
SiobhanSharpe · 18/03/2022 22:32

Dipped Flake.
Cadbury's chocolate nuts selection (in a tin). Whole almonds, brazils and hazelnuts in thick milk chocolate. Used to be on sale in a purple and silver coloured tin at Christmas time. About 400 grams in weight, I think.
I realise this would be very expensive these days but so worth it. And it would have to be the old-recipe chocolate, of course.

Phantom1 · 18/03/2022 22:32

Proper Aero with proper chocolate and not that stuff Nestle use.

MrsColinFerguson · 18/03/2022 22:37

I came on here to say I would bring back Spira bars, but guessed I would be beaten to it! They were the best.

Gatekeeper · 18/03/2022 22:37

@Imtoooldforallthis

I don't know anybody else that remembers this but Mint Cracknall, or at least that's what I think it was called.
I do! It came in two sections. Green minty glass like centre covered in chocolate. Used to lacerate yer throat wonderfully Grin
Blackmagicqueen · 18/03/2022 22:37

Mackintosh's Golden Cup
The following and made with original recipe and process:
Cadbury shoe people
Cadbury wildlife bars
Cadburys taz
Cadbury nuts about caramel
Galaxy caramel swirls (they were unwrapped in a sharing pouch in the 90s and out of this world)

There was also a cadburys bar that was pale blue with cereal and caramel in it and about 20p in the 90s. Anybody remember what it was called? I used to get one on the way home from school

Willowwarble · 18/03/2022 22:37

Milk Tray bar or Fry's Five Centres.

Blackmagicqueen · 18/03/2022 22:39

It's came back to me, it was a cadbury
nobble!

Gatekeeper · 18/03/2022 22:39

Texan bars were wonderful...you could stretch them a foot at least and are responsible for just about everyone of my numerous fillings !

zen1 · 18/03/2022 22:39

Texan and the original MilkyWay before they changed the inside to that pale colour.

Crazykefir · 18/03/2022 22:40

I'll have a wagon wheel circa 1982 please.

DesertStorms · 18/03/2022 22:40

Icebreaker.

bluedomino · 18/03/2022 22:41

Pyramint!

Blackmagicqueen · 18/03/2022 22:41

And bring back walnut whirls (old style with swirl on bottom and rough looking) dh wants white aftereights to come back.

Whetheryouthinkyoucan · 18/03/2022 22:42

I’ll have three Fry’s Five Centres, the coffee crème from the Quality Street tin, and a Cadbury’s Aztec please.

EmmaC78 · 18/03/2022 22:43

It would be the Spira for me too.

Hohofortherobbers · 18/03/2022 22:43

Wow! We are cut from the same cloth, I came here to say fuse and pyramint.... And now I give you Bitz. Remember the solid chocolate bar with bits of orange or mint crunchy bits. Wrapper was like a firework?

WorryMcGee · 18/03/2022 22:45

Oooh Spira!!!

hartof · 18/03/2022 22:45
