For me it would be a close run race between a Terry's Pyramint or an original a Secret bar...

Mint Blitz

There was a bar that had bits of biscuit and sultanas in a chocolate bar - I think it was Cadburys. They were my favourite- haven't seen them for years though and can't remember what they were called now

Quality Street Easter eggs. With the chocolates 'inside' the egg.
Fruit and nut Yorkie, in the purple wrapper.

Vampirethriller · 19/03/2022 07:00

Pyramint and Secret.

@SiobhanSharpe

Dipped Flake. Cadbury's chocolate nuts selection (in a tin). Whole almonds, brazils and hazelnuts in thick milk chocolate. Used to be on sale in a purple and silver coloured tin at Christmas time. About 400 grams in weight, I think. I realise this would be very expensive these days but so worth it. And it would have to be the old-recipe chocolate, of course.
I don't remember the tinned nuts but they sound like heaven.

They sound like Yorkie in the burgundy wrapper.

Wispa Mint. I was addicted to these! I also think it would be an easy one to bring back given the relaunch of Wispa and Wispa Gold went so well.

I would love to see the return of Fry’s Five Centres too - although I’m guessing all five centres probably just tasted of sugar and my childhood palate didn’t know the difference Grin

Mars delight

goingtokickthisweight · 19/03/2022 07:50

The dark mars think it was called midnight mars.
Was dark chocolate and white nougat.
Also echos
And not chocolate but the citrus polos

Londongent · 19/03/2022 07:59

Treets and Roses (from the 80s/90s) I miss the marzipan one and the purple one used to be a proper size compared to now

Omg yes at Christmas we used to have a box of these every year, the different colours on the little ingots of deliciousness - my fave was the mocha one

Its interesting, the pyramint and secret bar always come up when this topic is discussed (they are my 2 as well!). Surely there's a market for them?

Does anyone remember 'zinger bar' ??
I used to have one from the vending machine after swimming, probably 45 years ago!!
It was a thin chocolate covered biscuit, bit like a dime but more biscuity.
Vending machine also did bar six which I loved.

Vampirethriller · 19/03/2022 08:28

Toffos were great, I'd forgotten them!
