What’s your weight and diet like flexible? Do tell!
I’m a vegetarian, size 12-14 BMI within the normal range to the higher end, around 23, could probably lose half a stone but I do have a baby under 1yo. Pretty happy with my body. I eat dairy, eggs, no meat or fish. Day to day I have a protein yogurt or eggs or cereal or toast for breakfast, a salad with cheese, nuts, eggs, falafel (not all!) for lunch, veggie meals like veg chilli and rice, jacket potato, pasta and veg sauce, veg soup/stew and dumpling, lentil daal, grilled halloumi wrap and chips etc for tea. Snack on crisps, fruit, nuts, chocolate etc. Don’t really drink alcohol, only on occasions. Eat cake on my birthday. Choose what I want from the menu when I eat out with friends. Bake and eat cookies and brownies with my 7yo DD. Anything else you want to know?
