To be disgusted by toilet brushes and want an alternative

Surely, surely - there is something less revolting than a toilet brush which is also as effective??

Toilet Duck sell a disposable toilet brus.

It’s a long, plastic handle with a refillable head. Just google it and see what you think. I have used it and it is pretty good! The refills are pretty cheap too.

I use the toilet duck version where you have a grippy thing that holds a little disposable 'brush' that you release and flush down the loo. I only use the official 'brushes' for cleaning up big messes - most of the time I just use the gripper to grip some loo roll and clean up any mess with that.

Yes dreadful for environment

But brilliant for my MH!!

I use those disposable ones - plastic handle with a single use tab that's supposed to be flushable, except I don't flush them. Bin them wrapped in a biodegradable nappy bag along with the wipes I use for the rest of the loo. Not perfect but I can't think of anything better. Not willing to put my hands down the bowl, even in rubber gloves. How do people clean the gloves? Do they bin them after one use? And what do they scrub the bowl with?

I tried silicone loo brushes, they are cleaner than normal loo brushes, nothing seems to stick to the brush, but they're not as effective either.

No brushes in this house ... marigolds and loo roll after use. My loos are sparkling, fresh and clean :)

I literally just stick my hand down the toilet with toilet paper and get cleaned right under the rim........
