lots to worry about. being a grown up is becoming less and less fun by the minute

All awfu but ultimately climate change will be the biggest killer.

Climate change. I fear for my children's future and what they will have to encounter.

But more 'locally' I am concerned about education and democracy.

Women's rights. Two or three women a week getting murdered.
Democratic rights. There have been so many things chipped away with this that are quite serious but not headline grabbing.

We could do with another Icelandic volcano. When that one went off a decade ago, the pollution it put out was dwarfed by the pollution which was saved by all of those planes being grounded.
