To want to know when WFH will end ?

Because this has dragged on for so long

We will be moving to a hybrid 50/50 model. Suits me fine: I’ve been going in once a week for a year or more. Only around 5 people in but all nice chatting people like me!

We also have lots of people not wanting to come back and every excuse under the sun will be used, it’s going to be painful

@fizzypop100 I don't blame them if this is five days a week and with the current level of cases. With the costs of transport too.

As long as those without space or privacy can have an office to work from, so no-one is forced to work from home.

@Overthebow true it is, but I think a lot is to do with managers who either want to be in themselves to dodge family responsibilities, or who are poor 'Peter' type managers. Not the benefits to the business.

Judging by the traffic this morning, every man, women & dog is back on the road to work. It was awful.
