I’ve bought loads from different places and it’s all been crap. Flimsy, so so thin, or alternatively creases horribly or stops sellotape sticking to it.
I like heavy duty brown paper generally but since I use this all the time for birthdays etc , the children think Santa would use something a bit more glam.
Where do you buy nice wrapping paper?
(Preferably in generous quantities so not individual sheets)

@Mouseketeer2015

I made a comment on product quality to M&S about their paper and got this in response - 'On all of our wrapping paper we’ve replaced the plastic with 15cm of extra paper to keep your wrapping paper perfect as it also serves as a form of protection if the labels and stickers are difficult to remove. This, thereby saves you and the rest of our customers a trip to return to the store with a faulty item. In addition to this, the bits that have been ruined may also be recycled as we've ensured our wrapping paper is fully recyclable.' I've given up trying to remove the stickers on one roll and will use it to entertain the cat!
If that were actually true, wouldn't they be selling rolls measuring 2.15m and 3.15m instead of exactly the same lengths as previous years with 15cm of wastage 'and that's proving we're eco friendly'?

I went too Lidl and Aldi today, neither had any wrapping paper at all. Is there a shortage this year? Both shops usually have loads- even this near this Christmas ( usually)
