For us it’s The Snowman or The Snowman and the Snowdog although it makes me 😭 we do like Elf too though.

No, I don't think Elf is the best. Having said that though I'm finding it hard to decide which one I do think is the best! For me the top ones would probably have to be The Polar Express and The Snowman. Can't think of one that stands out above the rest as being the best though!

The Muppets Christmas Carol, anything else is inferior.

I once read an article that explained the ‘uncanny valley’ phenomenon as the feeling you get seeing all those Tom Hanks in Polar Express - totally agree. Very disturbing film.

We all watched Noelle on Disney+ yesterday, it’s really good! Even my husband was laughing, and he hates Christmas movie.

If you’ve not seen the Netflix series The Movies That Made Us, then I can recommend watching the Elf episode. Actually I can recommend them all, the Back to the Future one is incredible. Most of these films were so close to either not being made at all or being something very very different.

Elf is deffo up there. Also National Lampoon, Arthur Christmas, Klaus and Nativity. Love Actually and the Family Stone for grown-ups.
