There is a theme emerging. It seems that people with dodgy hairdos are usually crap leaders. The cap fits both Boris Johnson and Angela Rayner. And they absolutely should wear it, if only to hide their awful hair.

Angela Rayner has fabulous hair, but it looks much better straight or just slightly wavy. The big curls are a bit naff imo and don't suit her.

I think it's 8.

He had 4 with his ex-wife, 2 with Carrie and one extramarital one while he was mayor of London. But there is supposedly an 8th, all details of which are allegedly protected by a super-injunction obtained by the child's mother.

I cannot abide the man. I do wish people would stop referring to him as "Boris" - especially the media, who in the same sentence will call the leader of the opposition 'Starmer' - he's not your mate and it's not even the name he goes by To his mates.

In my job (teacher and then headteacher), I had to look tidy and well-groomed and it annoys me massively that he cultivates the Gummidge look - it doesn't reflect well on him, the office of PM or the nation.

He is an embarrassment to his office.

I can't decide if it's more or less egregious that it's an act he chooses to put on. But it's a tremendously successful act, I have to admit.

I can't think of any other world leader who has managed to inveigle their way into a country's highest office while deliberately cultivating the persona of a clown.

No offence to clowns, true clowning is an art.
