Falling down stairs when pregnant

I've just slipped on my arse down the last few carpeted stairs in our house at 20 weeks pregnant. My bum and arm took the brunt of it. I didn't roll or land on my stomach in any way but I did go with a bit of a bang. I can't get to the hospital tonight but am due a scan next week anyway.

Can anyone reassure me? Did you have any slips trips or falls during pregnancy? Do I need to watch out for anything. I'm just sitting with a very sweet tea at the moment and cursing dp for leaving stuff on the stairs!

7m pregnant and coming in with washing and fell full frontal. Actually rolled over my bump. I was hysterical. Lovely midwife came out to house (when that was a thing) and that foetus is now 13!

Yes, I did. About 20 weeks too, slipped down some stairs. The bruise on my large arse was really something else. Babies movements and everything else seemed fine and i didnt hit my bump at all so I left it and baby was fine.
