What would you go for?

I think I’d be Indian, so much diversity, southern Indian fish curries, northern vegetarian curries, chaat, parathas, biryianis

Italian or Chinese. Probably Italian, though.

Greek

Chinese or Japanese.

Japanese, with Vietnamese a close second.

Oh love Greek too, to many to choose from

France. I like the bread, pastries, meat, fish, mustard, chocolate mousse, tarts...everything.

I think British, especially if it's EVERY meal...can't imagine Indian, Mexican or Chinese for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Japanese but Greek would be a very close second.

American - pancakes, bacon, maple syrup, milkshakes, French fries, eggs any way you want them.

British.
Huge amount of variety.
Flavours you can taste rather than being smothered in spices.
Good balance of meat and veg. No bulking dishes out with pasta.
Puds that are real puds.
