AIBU to ask you what you would ask from the States?

My husband is off to NY for work for 4 weeks, and I thought that the least he could do was to bring back some things for me and the children (young) but I don’t know what! Please tell me what you’d like to get!
(The children have enough clothes, I really don’t think I should tell him to get those…though I really like Carter’s)

It would be Tiffany's for me. There are branches all over the world but the NYC one is special.Smile

Antibiotic ointment is used to dress any cut or scrape to the skin. It sterilizes the wound and prevents bacterial infection. I linked to one popular brand above. Any chemist will have it with the first aid supplies and bandages. CVS, Walgreens and Duane Reade will also have generic versions that are perfectly good.

We can only really get antiseptic and antibacterial stuff like brulidine here. Fucidin is antibiotic but prescription only or from online chemists for about £16

CVS tends to have a pretty posh sweets section and I'm pretty sure he can get Ghiradelli's there. He can pick up the chocolate with your massive jars of OTC meds.

What part of the city is he staying in?

I was going to suggest melatonin too, I use it to get over jet lag.

I can't get my psoriasis shampoo over here, if you happen to have scalp psoriasis I'd recommend MG217 shampoo 🤣

CVS does a knock off for half the price. I always have a big bottle in the house. It's a life saver when the kids forget to reapply their sunscreen.

If you have a daughter, a book or doll from the American Girl shop. Bath and Bodyworks is fab - my DDs like the tiny hand sanitisers. Agree re M & Ms. The pretzel ones are good. Also Jolly Rancher hard candy and different flavour Oreos. I always spend a fortune on kitchen stuff at Williams Sonoma.
