Asked to leave for not wearing a mask

I've just gone to my book group meeting. I'm mask exempt, and have a cold. Not COVID, we test twice a week at work. I was asked to wear a mask and as I didn't have one offered to leave. The other members said they thought that was best.

It's silly but I feel miffed! Even though I think it's the right thing!

If you offered to leave then you can't complain that they agreed.

Next time you should just say, "I'm exempt from wearing masks due to medical reasons."

I've caught it twice and I'm not Immuno compromised. First time I started to get symptoms was literally the day we had the stay at home order so the 23rd March, they weren't testing then so I can't be 100% but it all points to being Covid.

& I have it again and been ill with it and now can't sleep hence the late night posting.

I'm also double jabbed.

Just for user1471447863 my terribly risky behaviours, that I should obviously repent for are travelling on a train in march 2021 and going to work possibly even socialising 😲

Then this time my sin is having a school age child that dared to catch Covid. Although I did very recklessly travel for work the week before and I even sat in a room with other human beings.

I understand I must reflect and change my dangerous behaviour for I have sinned and am now being punished by having Covid twice.
