@LoveFall

Our local and national media. There are only a couple of topics, all doom and gloom plus reminding us what terrible people we are.

Over and over and over.

This a hundred times.

Tory government; men gaslighting women...

The spot on my lip that I can't seem to get rid of.

Yepnothatfeeling · 04/10/2021 17:01

Being called a body with a vagina or a person with a cervix. I am a woman ffs, not a thing with body parts.

Blondiney · 04/10/2021 17:04

Cars, everyfuckingwhere. So sick of having to wait for them to get the fuck out of the way before I can cross a road, or even walk on the pavement in some instances.

My continuously 'off-sick' colleagues and our employer's system and policies that lets them get away with it.
Have had enough and told my boss last week that I will leave at the end of March. So I have in effect given him six months notice.

Leafstamp · 04/10/2021 17:09

Living in some sort of Orwellian novel where, amongst other things, men who say they are women have more protection in law than actual women.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 04/10/2021 17:09

our fucking government.

muddyford · 04/10/2021 17:12

Being preached to about bloody climate change.

OakPine · 04/10/2021 17:12

#gifted

You mean some shit that someone gave you for free and now you have to advertise it and pretend you like it.

Also influencers who post pictures of their little kids as if they are a prop in their lives.

Influencers with pictures of their house and little kids in their school uniform, where it's very clear what school they go to. Instagram account "The Smiths" and here's a picture of Lulu on her first day! And the school badge says "LittleSchool LittleTown" aargh don't they care about their child's safety! Anyone with half a brain can work out that Lulu Smith is in P1 at Little School, LittleTown!

Trying and failing to conceive after miscarriage.

BrilloPaddy · 04/10/2021 17:16

Running a small business. With staff who phone in sick with fuck all thought for the mayhem that one cog out of the wheel causes for everyone else. I'd fucking love to bleat to my GP that I'm tired, need a break from work and get signed off Angry but that won't pay the NI, VAT, wages and income tax will it............ I've had 1 week off this year and am absolutely beyond exhausted.

Joystir59 · 04/10/2021 17:16

Tories

longtimemarried · 04/10/2021 17:17

Being told by friends and family that I am doing amazingly well and coping ok (am recently bereaved). I dont really want to hear that.

BritWifeInUSA · 04/10/2021 17:23

People using food names to describe colors of clothes/homewares. In the last few days I’ve seen references to “raspberry and cream walls”, “lemon bedding”, “chocolate trousers”, and more. Enough already!

Also the constant obsession with COVID. Someone sneezed - must be COVID. My sister’s boss’s father’s milkman has COVID - gotta get me a test right now.

Badbadbunny · 04/10/2021 17:23

Rishi Sunak - can't stand the smarmy fakery. Threw money at some people and excluded others (3 million of them) with the covid support schemes. Done untold damage with IR35 (contributing to the driver shortage). Nonsensical 1.25% tax rise on some types of income but not others. The thought of him being the next prime minister would make me vote for any other party (or coalition) who may have a chance of ousting him - and I talk as a Tory voter!

TumtumTree · 04/10/2021 17:25

The various different sets of roadworks and temporary traffic lights which make the school run twice as long.
