OP, social media is the problem. MN is the closest I get to SM, and I'm reasonably content. I suggest you bin the social media, and bin the weird posters at one fell swoop.

I’m with @BlueBell50 - I’ve only recently joined FB and I just don’t get the fuss at all ! I look at friends accounts with thousands of friends/likes and it just looks like a job maintaining it - what a pita !
