If you're going to produce a BDSM-themed t-shirt, at least choose a suitably elegant font.

There's a well known Cradle of Filth Tshirt if you're looking for offensive. I own band tshirts more offensive that this one. Don't wear them in public since DC but I did answer the door once (completely at random) to Jehovah's Witnesses wearing a Charles Manson tshirt several years ago, with his face and "bastard motherfucker" written across it. They were aghast. I looked down. Looked up, told them I was a Satanist (I'm not) and off they went.

It's one thing imo to wear a jacket and reveal t-shirt when at a club /. Gig etc where it's not going to raise an eyebrow.

Yes, exactly. I've owned a couple of risqué t-shirts in my past, but there's a time and place to wear them. I remember - must have been about 10 years ago - visiting a safari park and seeing a woman wearing a hoodie that said 'Metal as fuck' on the back. Even though I don't have DC, I was struck by this being inappropriate for a family attraction. I saw the same woman later on and she'd tied the hoodie round her waist so the wording wasn't visible - perhaps someone had had a quiet word with her.
