I just don't get how this works in the UK.
When your clothes can move longer be worn, how are you making new ones? Out of what?
What are you using for heat and cooking?
What about if you chop a finger off? How are you getting health care?
What about replacing shoes? Thermals for winter?
What if your cooking utensils all break? Buckets and cups break for the well?
Who built the well?
Home steaders, usually do have contact with the outside world.
How do you keep the hit in livable condition with no screws, treated wood etc.
How is this saving the planet?
How do you live in a hut on land you don't own. If you own it, you aren't off grid.
I find this fascinating.
