My mum was always one of the eldest mums. She had me at 26 and I was that age when I had dd.

Wow! I hardly know anyone who had kids in their 20s. I'll be 55 and 56 when mine turn 18 and most of their friends parents will be 50 at least.

How could you not know any mums who had kids when in their 20s nearly 40 years ago?
