Neighbour has built a bar

My neighbour has spent the last three months building every night beyond 10pm. Sawing hammering, no use of my garden this year so far. Yesterday they unwrapped their new building.

It's a bar.

On a raised platform.

That looks right into my daughters bedroom.

She is terrified as a preteen as grown men were staring in all day yesterday.

Then the drinking began.

Until 3am we couldn't even hear our tv for the shouting screaming and chanting.

The council noise team aren't working due to covid. The police don't answer calls anymore on 101 (we tried several times on advice of the council).

What can I do?

My daughter is extremely distressed at losing her privacy and I cannot deal with parties that go on until 3am that are so loud we have no respite.

Help?

ps Greyhound, I really don't mind you believing that I am crazy, but the rest of my post to the OP truly was just a fantasy, so I do hope that the OP didn't think I was serious, but - a girl (ok, a gender critical woman) can dream can't she?

It's a garden room with a bar inside. Totally acceptable and most of my neighbours including myself have one. What's not acceptable is the abuse and throwing things into your garden. Also the late night noise. Do you have the number for the local police station? Can you walk in and speak to the police to avoid the 101 calling?

Can you not double slat or extend up your fence?

You don't think potential buyers will notice a huge outside bar facing them when they view the property

The potential buyers will have an idea anyway. I understand but don't get the 'shh and you'll still be able to move' mentality. Our area is known for being that bad even those desperate to move into bigger social housing properties in catchment areas of desired schools won't touch it.
