Itching and itch that has been bugging you for ages has to be one of the best feelings in the world...

Feeling vindicated.

Taking your shoes after a long day on your feet. You know the pair, you really knew you shouldn't wear for that sort of day but want to look good. As you take them off the pain intensifies for a split second then pure, almost mini orgasmic effect relief.

Seeing and hearing children laughing and in the throws of happiness and joy, for me, is perhaps the best feeling in the world, especially at the moment.

Yes!

Diving into a lake first thing in the morning, doing a flip and watching the sunlight play on the surface of the water from below for as long as you can hold your breath, then surfacing out for that first breath.

I'm nominating this for classics!

Snoozing while sun bathing on a quiet beach the sun is hot there is a light breeze can hear the gentle waves and everyone seems far away with some drinks (tea or water) and nice snacks listening to music or a good podcast

And not having to watch ds all the time (which I don’t have to do now he is a teenager)

Eating a magnum ice cream. Eat all the chocolate off it first, it brings me so much peace.

Until I realise I’m on my third one that day.

Being naked on a sunny beach somewhere hot, especially if there aren't other people around.

Not having sex....but getting very close to having sex.
