Can be lighthearted or heavy.

Mine is doing the packed lunches. Fucking hate it, especially those stupid Sistema lunchboxes with the compartments that nothing fits in Grin not my best ever purchase

You?

@Pandoraslastchance same problem here but solved with a cake stand - just a pedestal with flat top - fits in the gap between the round plates. So one "high level" plate but able to dish all 5 at once.

@RandomUsernameHere

Changing super king size duvet cover!
Yup. Look up the Burrito method on You Tube, has made my life much easier
Minniem2020 · 25/04/2021 19:15

Dp and his ridiculous amount of cables/chargers. I have no idea what they're even all for but they most definitely are the bane of my life

SeaToSki · 25/04/2021 19:15

The fact that all the food I really really love has eleventy billion calories in it.

hookiewookie29 · 25/04/2021 19:19

Chasing people up.
All the bloody time!
Wrong order sent from amazon- took 8 emails and over a week to sort it.
Faulty water feature- only 3 emails but took over 3 weeks and have got to wait till June for another one.
Cashing in a pension- been ongoing since the beginning of February and feel like we're knocking our heads against a bloody wall.
Spend half my life sending emails!

IBS.

Quarterly accounts and VAT return.. as the time approaches I get more and more cross. Once I've settled down to the job it's okay (ish) but the prospect Angry

Weatherwax · 25/04/2021 19:20

Agree with deciding what to do for tea. It's so boring. I want to pick off a menu every night and have someone prepare it for me.

Doing the thinking for DH. "Sending" him off on errands, reminding him about x y and z. No one tells me, I just figure it out, so why does he need a PA just to get shit done?

keeping reasonably tidy. Never achieve it.

marriednotdead · 25/04/2021 19:24

Fibromyalgia.

Makes absolutely everything else hard work.

PegasusReturns · 25/04/2021 19:24

Another vote for pack lunches - I now spend £400 pcm on hot lunches because I cannot bear doing them for the DC.

Timeforatincture · 25/04/2021 19:24

Lots of pps who hate dealing with clean laundry - I'm with you. ghastly job.

But since I've started taking my laptop upstairs so I can listen to something on BBC sounds while I do it the quality of my life has increased. Particularly enjoy old Poirots or Miss Marples.

N0tfinished · 25/04/2021 19:25

All the things that fling themselves on the floor in my house. I'm constantly picking things up off the bastard floor.

Tiddlywinkly · 25/04/2021 19:25

Laundry. It never fucking ends.
Also, housework in general.

HughGrantsHair · 25/04/2021 19:26

Laundry.

Not one day goes past with an empty washing basket. Sucks.

N0tfinished · 25/04/2021 19:27

@TwoBlondes

Dog hair ☹️. She's the most beautiful dog in the world, but moults like mad all year round. I even find it in the freezer.
I used to say there was dog hair on things we hadn't bought yet. Poor old fella is dead over 2 years now and I still find it occasionally.
Benfoldspomped · 25/04/2021 19:28

I will hang out and put away all your washing, if you will all come and do the hoovering for me.

beginningoftheend · 25/04/2021 19:30

Agree about usernames and passwords, so many and then constantly being asked to change them.

hennybeans · 25/04/2021 19:32

Letting the dog in and out. She's not so bad during the day, but from dinner time until kids bed time that's all she does. And if she's outside, she tends to bark as soon as I sit down so I have to jump up and call her in. And I can never seem to ignore her asking to go out because I always think - what if she really needs a wee? Of course she doesn't, she wants to bark at a pigeon or something.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe · 25/04/2021 19:34

Can I say Most of the above? Including those Sistema boxes?

... and I'll add: Everlasting and frequent Teams meetings. Exhausting and nothing that couldn't be done by e-mail. Angry
