Your top 3 fav veg

Had this conversation with my husband and kids a while ago... Can't remember their answers but do remember their shock when I said sweetcorn as apparently according to my husband it doesn't count, it's an addition or filler.
So my favourite 3 vegatables (in no order) are
Leeks
Sweetcorn
Broccoli
What's everyone else's and do they agree that sweetcorn /peas are 'fillers'?

I read this as three favourite vag

Beetroot
Celeriac
Peppers

Do potatoes or garlic count?

If not, my favourites are red onion (far superior to white onion!) and broccoli. I know that's only 2 but the other veggies are all equally good to me

Peas, leeks, mushrooms

Aubergine if I'm allowed a reserve.

And mange tout, baby Sweetcorn, aubergine, how did I forget that one? Butternut squash, celeriac chips..... off to Google a few more veggie recipes for next week's meal plan

I’m on a real cauliflower kick at the moment. My other top picks would be “treaty” seasonal veg: asparagus and artichokes.

I love veg so this is hard, but if I really have to choose... maybe broccoli, roast carrots, and corn on the cob. Don’t care for sweetcorn off the cob but love a big juicy corn on the cob with salt & chilli flakes.

But I also love courgette, spinach, asparagus, and lots of others... hard one! I don’t think there’s any vegetable I don’t like.
