It is a bit gaudy for the office imo. Kate Spade is a bit dated as a brand, v Gossip Girl.

This is a practical work bag with a twist...I do collect handbags so much prefer interest rather than just a name (also TK Maxx & Brand Alley have tons of decent bags to choose from)

It’s nice enough but looks like a nice £10 shopping bag rather than a £350 handbag.

bloody hell, where do you work that it would be called "gaudy"? I work in a very corporate environment, no one would even notice the bag - i know because no one notice mine and I have some amazing ones (as in not subtle in the least )

The secret of work bags, or hand bags in general, is smaller organisers and pockets you put inside. Make swapping handbags a breeze when you do it at least once a day

I like the contrasting orange on the first one I've linked and I'd buy the second one in the maroon rather than black.
The third one is random enough to be sufficiently different for me.

I like clean cut as suppose the slouchy bags for office/ only because I need to fit laptop/ laptop stand/portable keyboard/notebook etc I and the non slouchy ones are easier when trying to find items

Budget - I’m flexible to go up but just needs to look good and last long

Looks fairly capacious so ok for carrying plenty of stuff. Definitely not too loud, I think the pattern is quite dull but I have a huge tie dye back pack instead of a handbag so I’m not sure if I am your target commentator

I wouldn’t think anything, I don’t assess or try to guess the price of everybody’s bag as they walk into the office.

I dont generally care what other people wear, so i probably wouldn't even notice
