I have just realised (because I looked at photos of Trump and of Obama talking with Putin) why Trump had to claim to be 6'3". Obama is 6'1" and Trump absolutely had to be bigger than him.

Well, that and have a BMI less than "obese", obviously. But for that he'd have been safer to lie about his weight than his height, because it's more difficult for people to see what his weight is.

Funny how Biden doesn't seem to need to tell lies about being a mere six foot tall.
