I don't like the decor, but the building itself is really quirky!

Also, the video tour is quite something and should definitely be viewed with sound on.

It's very sterile. Like an operating theatre.

I hate it. Although the one good thing is that spiders would have a hard time setting up camp, as you'd see them a mile off!

I would not pay £500k for that. The area looks like a dump and the house is so white and chrome and clinical. No decent outside space either.

Even though it's meant to look futuristic, it screams 70s. Defo a single guy there hoping to get lucky and find someone to take double showers with. It's managed to be minimalist and claustrophobic at the same time. Fail.

I'm surprised they allow colour TVs to disturb the monochrome, I thought there'd be a binding clause in the sales contract requiring the owner only to have black and white television.

The prison bogs

I'm reminded of Dr Chiltern's favoured punishment of Hannibal Lecter for any misdemeanours committed whilst in chokey: removal of his bog seats/lids.

A heavy penalty indeed.

The video is music hilarious! Love it. They missed a trick with matching the editing to the music and I did wonder if the agent was going to hurl himself off the roof terrace at the climax of that particular section though.

I love it! Its like your own personal spaceship, or maybe a boat. Its beautiful.

The location is ok. Low Fell is quite upmarket in Newcastle terms, although I don't know the actual street. But judging by street view, there are sizable family homes just adjacent to it.

Is like they’ve spent £150k on a cheap house, then another £150k on a fit out to their own ‘clever’ taste, so they can flog it for £500k and clear £200k pretax profit.
