I'm no great royal supporter, but his behaviour over MM is outrageous, and he should be sacked. He#s like a dog with a bone. It's so apparent MM knocked him back.

With the benefit of white privilege, who's he to say what is and isn't racist? And I'm saying that as someone who does have white privilege. But when he first met MM she wasn't with PH, that's the bit I don't get. I don't know what he would have gained from befriending an American actress that not many people in the UK had heard of. They didn't have contact after she met PH.

@Sparklingbrook yes, let me clarify. MM & PM did meet before she knew Harry. Even at that point she was still warned by people not to talk to him again and so she wisely took that advice and didn’t. When Harry came along, he also advised her not to talk to PM.

Piers is now frothing because that actress he wanted to possibly do more with is now married to a prince and he’s shut out of the monarchy at the time when there would be publicity for a new royal wedding, baby, etc. He wanted to cash in on potential connections.

Once again, he’s kicking himself because his shitty criminal prior behaviour has come home to roost and he wasn’t given access to the hottest couple in the last few years.

No way was the clash between Morgan and Alex staged. Morgan was really furious about being challenged about his highly personalised attacks on Meghan Markle - he hadn't calmed down even by the end of the show. There will be a lot of shit hitting the fan behind the scenes - particularly as Morgan was trying to silence Alex as he was 'on the same team' - so clearly not looking for two sides to be presented or to have his opinions challenged.

Alex 100% ballsy. Morgan 100% wimpish.

Piers knows this will generate column inches and is the only reason he did it. Here we are talking about him.

ITV will sit back and collect the ad revenue from his show. A company that has a mental health campaign but allows Piers to hound Meghan to the point of suicide. A company Caroline Flack worked for, who put messages of tribute up after she took her own life due to trolling on social media.

Here is Piers saying he thinks Meghan is lying that she felt suicidal. This is an unacceptable thing for him to say and dangerous for other contemplating suicide who might want to tell someone how they feel. Here's a link to the clip and a link to complain to Ofcom: its just a really short form.
