Browsing a local Facebook selling page with someone asking about Mother’s Day gifts. Someone posted this beautiful bundle (amongst other Facebook shit bundles they are putting together).

Why would you even market this crap as Mother’s Day gift? Facebook marketplace truly is the gift that keeps giving.

I don’t actually think it is a joke. It’s one of those sellers who makes a bundle out of any old rubbish lying round the house.

If that turns up as a gift, I will be busy spending the day digging up the patio. It’s needed redoing for a while.

I saw a few of these for Valentine's Day too - shite plastic crates with Zoflora and cleaning cloths and Pink Stuff in. As though 1. cleaning is a hobby and 2. household supplies are a gift.

It's my personal bugbear at the moment - cleaning as a 'fun hobby' for women (cheers, Hinch). How many lazy arse men are out there going "Ah babe, you LOVE cleaning up, you're dead good at it aren't ya, get hinching" instead of contributing? I know a good handful who personally who post themselves off to the golf course of a Sunday with the caption "While the missus does her favourite thing I do mine" and she's at home cracking the Marigolds on.

Our local FB page is doing chocolate bars with "Sorry I ruined your vagina" on them - with an imprint of one! Dont appear to be very popular ...

Not quite as bad as the company advertising a butt plug as a mother's day present (on the other thread a pp mentioned)you have to really wonder about some people's idea of a suitable gift for your DM.

Probably better as a Father's Day gift, especially for the tea cup throwing DH without enough dry pants!
