I'm feeling a bit bored of cornflakes and I think I should try something different this week so, what is/was your favourite cereal? I like the mini weetabix but I haven't had them in a while.

Frosties, because I am a massive child.

MysweetAudrina · 08/03/2021 06:46

Crunchy nuts with milk and sliced banana
Coco pops

Very rare I eat either though as sets me off on a sugar binge for the day.

topcat2014 · 08/03/2021 06:47

Coco pops. I have them at Christmas

Spanglybangles · 08/03/2021 07:49

Crunchy Nut cornflakes are my favourite. I very rarely have a bowl of cereal, but do enjoy them as a dessert....Kelly’s Clotted Cream ice cream with a handful of crunchy nut on top, delicious 😋

hiptobeasquare · 08/03/2021 07:50

Start with super cold milk.
I also really love the Marks and Spencer’s triple chocolate crunch cereal. I bought some after seeing other posters raving about it. They were not wrong. It’s one of the best recommendations I have had on mn! Grin

Kellogg's crunchy nut cornflakes

That sounds absolutely yummy. I haven’t had these for ages - I’m not sure my blood sugar could take it these days.

Shredded wheat is about speed these days.

Blueuggboots · 08/03/2021 09:01

Either Jordan's tropical granola or cinnamon Graham's!
Weetabix with hot oat milk if I'm being healthier.

Arrowheart · 08/03/2021 09:07

Bran flakes with sultanas for me too.

Ready Brek.

notforonesecond · 08/03/2021 09:52

The only correct answer to this is Kellogg’s Start, but seeing as they’ve discontinued it because they hate me - I’ll go with coco shreddies.

Georgieporgie29 · 08/03/2021 10:46

Right start

Frosted wheats

Used to bloody love Kellogg’s Start

Iamblossom · 08/03/2021 10:50

@WouldstrokeTomHardy

Bran flakes with some sultanas
Isn;t this just sultana bran? Hmm
Iamblossom · 08/03/2021 10:53

Absolutely love cereal.

Fruit and Fibre, sultana bran, cheerios (although these are a bit like air to eat), special K red berries, Just Right are my faves.

BrownEyedGirl80 · 08/03/2021 10:54

Maple and pecan clusters.Crack in a box.

Bellver888 · 08/03/2021 10:54

Krave

Bellver888 · 08/03/2021 10:55

And the lidl chocolate crunch cereal is like crack in a box (and doesn’t help ur waistline!)

WellTidy · 08/03/2021 10:57

M&S triple chocolate crunch is my favourite by far. It is absolutely amazing. I could happily eat the whole box over three sittings.

I also love Kelloggs crunchy nut cornflakes (marginally better for you than M&S triple chocolate crunch, but its a close run thing).

I don't eat cereal, as I cannot control my portion size, and easily eat about three times the 28g (or whatever it is) portion that is calculated on the side of the packet.

JackieTheFart · 08/03/2021 11:56

Not a huge fan of cereal for breakfast as it just never fills me up - but for a snack I love crunchy nut or Tesco maple and nut granola with raspberry yoghurt.

Bellver888 · 08/03/2021 12:13

@WellTidy I’m exactly the same as you, I can’t buy it or I’ll end up eating a box in 2 days

BigPaperBag · 08/03/2021 12:16

Chocolate shreddies, yum 😋

Liquorishtoffee · 08/03/2021 12:18

Chocolate for breakfast? Too much for me!

CassandraCross · 08/03/2021 12:22

Multigrain Cheerios
Rice Krispies
Sultana Bran
Cornflakes

Ice cold milk a must.
