Sitting in separate chairs, drinking tea, watching line of duty from the beginning for the 5th time. I’m wondering what time I can politely go to bed.

I've only just got our 2yo DS to bed after accidental 3 hour midday nap (which was heavenly!) now drinking fizzy pink wine and watching downton. He's with a friend who's having a bad time... no doubt drinking too much but hopefully offering some support!

I’m lying on the bed relaxing next to sleeping baby, he’s next door watching rubbish on YouTube and looking at work. I intermittently go in and sit in there, drink his tea and steal his mints and then hop back on the bed with my baby.
