To ask you what shoe size you are and what Converse size you buy?

Hiya. Just a bit of help.

I'm a size 6 shoe in all sorts of styles. I'm completely confuddled about what size Converse to buy online. It says they come up large, yet the cm length of my foot is too long for a size 6. If you wear Converse can you please tell me your usual shoe size, plus your Converse one?

I’m an 8 with wide feet and used to wear an 8 in Converse.... but I now wear Superga which are much more comfortable

I haven't bought Converse since they became part of Nike and therefore supporters of dog fighting, but when I did they were pretty true to size

I’m an 8 - I have one pair of 8’s that a shade to small and fart when I walk around, one pair of 9s that are a shade too big but I can live with them.

I’m a size 7.5, I bought an 8 and find they are still too narrow. Shame, I really like converse but I just can’t wear them with my wide old feet.

If you have wide feet I really wouldn't try converse. They are definitely made for a narrow foot.

Me too. I have wide feet but Converse are fine for me.

Just read back previous posts about the boys shoes being wider I might try those this summer

Thanks everyone. Although I said my feet were wide, I suppose I mean they are wider than narrow. I've never had issues before with 'wide feet' but you know what it's like when you compare to others' feet in the summer... They are wider than some! I'm just buying the Chuck Taylor's so they're unisex I think.

I have tried on Converse before.... Years ago. But plumped for something else in the end.

I’m a 12 so I don’t wear them as I would look like an actual clown.

My partner is a 9 and he wears a 9, he does have narrow feet, in other trainers he has to use insoles as his feet are so skinny, but converse fit him perfectly.

For people with wide feet mens sizes are typically wider, converse are however unisex and known fir being too narrow, so are probably based on womens sizes?

I have manky feet but I live in mine, they are so comfortable They were a present and I'm converted to them

I'm a 6 and bought a 6 but they're honestly the least comfortable shoes I've ever owned. So narrow and rock hard to walk on

I have fat foot syndrome so buy a size up.
The mens are wider in my experience

They are very narrow OP. I have wide feet and after a few wears my cons always went weird at the end looked like clown shoes!

I'm a size 7 and buy size 7 - have 6 pairs of Converse and 3 pairs of Skechers.

Live in jeans or leggings atm, so these are ideal.

I'm a size 7 and bought some online and had to return them as they were too big then ordered a 6 which was too small, another 7 which turned out to be too tight! And then an 8 which was too big then gave up. All the same style.

This is like a parallel universe! Like @greenemerald I always go down half a size. I'm a 7 and wear a 6.5. I thought that was standard, I'm sure when I was buying my first pair I researched and read that most people go down half a size. I own A LOT of Converse, all 6.5 and perfect fit. Weird.

I am 5 and I buy a 5. Converse come up narrow, ime, which is good for me!

Hi everyone. I bought a 6.5 and it's a perfect fit 😊 Probably could have got away with a 6 but I wonder if my little toe may have pinched, as some of you suggested. Size 5 is perfect for my son too, and great service from Converse. Thank you everyone 😊😊 xx
